Thomas has been driving large-scale business development and M&A in a Nordic and European context for +15 years. He has successfully delivered results, both as a Professional Advisor, as a Leading employee in an International Corporate, and as Executive Management & Board of Directors, working several years in a Private Equity owned company and truly understands what it takes to rapidly scale and Exit a business.


Today, Thomas focus his experience and time on advising founders, owners, funds, and Executives, on improving their strategy and execution towards a future Exit. He is also an Investor and Board member in selected Software stand-ups.

Thomas also have several years with Group CIO experience which sets him apart from more theoretical advisors in the market - he has walked the walk.

An experience gap in the consulting market

In 2024, after years of witnessing a growing gap in the consulting industry, Thomas knew it was time for a change. He had spent years watching consultants churn out polished presentations and slick PowerPoints, but too often, they lacked the real-world experience necessary to deliver tangible results.


Businesses needed more than just ideas — they needed expertise rooted in practical experience.

Thomas realized he could offer something different: real advice from real experience, and still rooted in the expert frameworks and practices he learned earlier in his career, when he was a Management Consultant.
